The anchor bolt with a large washer to meet the highest requirements. Powerful and flexible.
The fischer bolt anchor FAZ II GS with a large washer is the steel anchor for the most demanding requirements. Heavy loads are fixed into cracked concrete with the zinc-plated steel anchor. Due to the two anchorage depths and simple mounting, the FAZ II GS can be used in a particularly flexible manner. The proven expansion clip feeds the loads into the concrete in an especially secure manner and ensures maximum load-bearing properties.
Top Features:
- One anchor - two anchorage depths: Reduced anchorage depths save time and costs during drilling.
- Pre-assembled washer for components with slots. This simplifies alignment and saves time during installation.
- Minimum torque slippage: Simple assembly saves time as well as wear and tear.
- With expansion clip for maximum load-bearing capacity. Thus fewer fixing points and smaller anchor plates are required. This saves time and costs.
- Approval for cracked concrete and fire inspection: maximum safety.
Advantages:
- The FAZ II GS with 8, 10 and 12 mm diameters are suitable for fixing steel fixtures with long holes thanks to the special washer, and help to reduce installation effort.
- The significantly larger outer diameter of the washers for FAZ II 16 GS ensures a larger supporting surface, and as such allows for use in wood construction.
- The pre-fitted washer ensures a fast installation.
- Furthermore, the FAZ II GS bolt anchor offers all of the benefits of the FAZ II.
Applications:
- Anchor plates with slotted holes
- Façade sub-structures with slotted holes
- Timber constructions
- Tension anchor
- Anchoring of wooden beams
Functioning:
- The FAZ II GS is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation; also suitable for stand-off installation under certain conditions.
- Prior to installation, place the hexagon nut in the optimal position (the drive-in pin projects by approx. 3 mm out of the hexagon nut).
- When applying the torque, the cone bolt is pulled into the expansion clip and expands it against the drill hole wall.
- The head embossing offers a simple control of the anchoring.
- In the case of series installation, we recommend using the FABS bolt anchor setting tool.
