Uncoated insulation boards

• Waterproof insulation boards are made from extruded polystyrene
• Boards are suitable for use with foil heating mats
• If insulation boards are used for other heating systems, special care must be taken to prevent contact between the electrical floor systems and the boards, usually with a thin layer of adhesive or a metal mesh on which the heating cables are installed
