The fischer bolt anchor FAZ II K GS with a large washer is the steel anchor for the most demanding requirements. Heavy loads are fixed into cracked concrete with the zinc-plated steel anchor. Due to the low anchorage depth and simple mounting, the FAZ II K GS can be used in a particularly flexible manner. The proven expansion clip feeds the loads into the concrete in an especially secure manner and ensures maximum load-bearing properties.

Top Features:

• Pre-assembled washer for components with slots. This simplifies alignment and saves time during installation.
• The lower setting depth saves time and power when drilling and hammering.
• Expansion clip provides maximum load-bearing capacity. Thus fewer fixing points and smaller anchor plates are required. This saves time and costs.

Functioning:

• The FAZ II GS is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation; also suitable for stand-off installation under certain conditions.
• Prior to installation, place the hexagon nut in the optimal position (the drive-in pin projects by approx. 3 mm out of the hexagon nut).
• When applying the torque, the cone bolt is pulled into the expansion clip and expands it against the drill hole wall.
• The head embossing offers a simple control of the anchoring.
• In the case of series installation, we recommend using the FABS bolt anchor setting tool.
