Albau flexible sill connecting profile with invisible drip-edge (hidden under plaster), glass fibre mesh and foam tape to ensure elastic connection of the plaster to the sill ending and water drainage from the reveals in the thermal insulation system – ETICS

Application:

• Shape the thermal insulation board so that the window sill can be installed into it
• Install the window sill
• Apply the profile on a previously prepared and cleaned surface
• Apply base mortar coat behind the mesh of the profile and trowel the mesh into the base coat, so that the mesh is not visible
• The front end of the profile can be additionally covered with sealant
• The whole detail is primed and plastered afterwards
• It is forbidden to install the profile at air temperature and surface temperature below + 5°C and above + 30°C
• It is necessary to protect the profile from direct sunlight and direct weather effects during the whole process until the plasters have dried
